MERMAID (Municipal Emission Reduction Monitoring Aid) integrates our patented, GDPR-compliant AI Traffic Camera with a high-precision Environmental Sensor. “The Silent Health, Habitat, and Happiness (SHHH) Shhh project pioneers a new approach to urban well-being, by uncovering the hidden health risks posed by noise and air pollution.
Recent research from Denmark reveals that urban noise is not merely a nuisance: it is an independent risk factor for serious conditions like diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
At the core of the project is the MERMAID system, which is the world’s first unified system developed by Avanti R&D, integrating AI-powered cameras and environmental sensors. This system enables real-time acquisition of traffic, air quality, and noise data directly at the edge, providing GDPR-compliant monitoring and analytics.
In partnership with Roskilde University—renowned in Denmark for its human-centric, living lab research methodology— the project transforms complex datasets—linking environmental exposure and health outcomes—into actionable insights.
This collaboration supports evidence-based decision-making by policymakers, laying the foundation for healthier, more human-centered cities, where public health and harmonious living are prioritized.”

This device redefines the standard for tracking devices with the following innovative features:
- Unprecedented Long-Life Battery: Enables continuous use for over a year on a single charge. This eliminates the hassle of frequent charging and ensures constant monitoring of critical assets.
- Cross-Border Global Tracking: A built-in Global eSIM allows for seamless tracking anywhere in the world. Even if a vehicle or asset is stolen and moved abroad, tracking can be continued.
- Satellite Communication (Coming Soon): Support for satellite communications (including Starlink) is planned for the near future. This capability will enable location identification even in areas without mobile signal coverage, such as at sea or deep in the mountains, dramatically reducing search difficulties.

We turn wasted travel time in congested cities into a premium entertainment experience. Our platform features “Meow Force,” a team of specialized AI agents that are fundamentally different from general-purpose generative AI. By running entirely on in-vehicle Edge Computing, Meow Force ensures GDPR-compliant privacy by processing personal data locally. Crucially, it is a curated and supervised agent, educated by local service providers and governments, guaranteeing reliable, context-specific, and responsible guidance—not boundless general information—transforming boring commutes into captivating journeys.
